Sex Therapy
Sexual wellness is an important part of overall health, intimacy, and relationship satisfaction.
As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand their sexuality, resolve sexual challenges, and build a more connected and fulfilling intimate life.
Many people carry shame, confusion, or anxiety around sexuality. Conversations about sex are often avoided or misunderstood, even in close relationships. Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore these topics with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
My role is to help guide you toward greater understanding, confidence, and freedom in your sexual life.
"When things don’t work well in the bedroom, they don’t work well in the living room either."

What Sex Therapy Is (and Isn't)
Sex therapy is talk therapy focused on sexual concerns and intimacy.
Clients remain fully clothed during sessions, and there is no physical touch involved. The work is evidence-based and grounded in established psychological and physiological principles.
Through conversation, education, and guided exercises, we explore the emotional, relational, and physical factors that may be affecting your sexual well-being.
My Approach
My work integrates traditional therapeutic practices with a deep understanding of the mind–body connection.
In addition to my clinical training as a therapist and sex therapist, I bring decades of experience teaching anatomy, body awareness, movement, and massage therapy. This background allows me to help clients better understand how emotional patterns, stress, physical tension, and nervous system responses influence sexual experience.
Together we work to restore connection between the body, emotions, and intimacy.
