Intensive Couple's Therapy

For you and your partner.

If your relationship is in need of deep repair with more momentum than traditional sessions can provide, then a couples intensive may be right for you.

A couples intensive is a private extended therapy program that offers up to six hours of therapy in a single day (or twelve hours over two days). These private intensives are designed for couples who are stuck in unhealthy patterns and who seek a transformative experience that goes beyond what shorter, periodic sessions can typically achieve. With few distractions, focused time and support; problems can potentially be resolved in a day rather than in weeks or months. In a couples intensive, we go beyond merely “talking about your problems,” to actually solving them.

I am a certified couple’s therapist and AASECT certified sex therapist with over 30 years of experience leading workshops, trainings and working with the mind-body connection. In the couples intensive, to achieve the best outcomes, I use the RLT (Relational Life Therapy) framework, combined with my unique way of guiding you through experiential exercises and helping you integrate practical relational skills that support lasting change.
