My approach integrates traditional psychological practices with deeper mind–body work. In addition to my training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I draw from EMDR trauma therapy, intimacy & sexuality therapy, as well as over 30 years of experience in energy psychology, intuitive development, and body-centered psychotherapy.

The goal is to provide compassionate support, thoughtful insight and practical tools so you can work through difficult emotions, release old patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Your therapy journey will always be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and the ways you move through the world.
